PHASE 1

EXPLORE WHAT’S POSSIBLE

This is where your new kitchen journey begins — a relaxed, informal session where we talk about you, your home, and how you live, cook, and dream. It might happen over lunch at my showroom (I’ll cook) or in your kitchen (you might!).

This is a chance to explore ideas, look at possibilities, and start to shape a clear direction. Whether or not we sketch out any designs, you’ll leave with a stronger sense of what’s realistic, what’s exciting, and what it might take to bring your vision to life.

You can ask anything — from “Is this even possible?” to “What would that actually cost?” — and I’ll give you an honest, expert view of how I’d approach it. Most people arrive unsure. They leave feeling informed, inspired, and ready to take the next step.

PHASE 2

DESIGN & SPECIFICATION

Turning ideas into a fully resolved kitchen design

If Explore What’s Possible is the spark, this is the structure. In this second phase, we take creative direction and develop it into a fully resolved kitchen design—complete with precise specifications and all the information needed to move forward with clarity and confidence.

Whether you choose to work with us through to installation or take the design elsewhere, this is a complete, stand-alone package that gives you everything you need to realise your new kitchen.

1. This phase includes:
   • A detailed measured survey (or coordination with existing architectural plans)
   • A complete design layout tailored to your space and how you live
   • Bespoke design details that go beyond standard kitchen furniture, including material consultation with pros and cons explained
   • Accompanied showroom visits for materials, worktops, and key elements, helping you make confident, informed choices
   • Worktop and splashback design, recommendations, and sourcing
   • Appliance, sink, and tap advice and specification
   • Lighting and electrical layout guidance
   • Budget alignment and value-engineering where needed
   • Full drawings, including detailed specifications for installation, electrical, and plumbing work
   • Photorealistic renders so you can see how the design will feel
   • Optional sourcing support and introductions to trusted makers and suppliers

   This isn’t about standard ranges or fixed options. It’s about crafting a kitchen that’s uniquely yours—functional, beautiful, and precisely considered.

   By the end of this phase, you’ll have:

   • A full design package you can take forward with confidence

   • Complete clarity on what’s being built, how, and why

   • The option to continue into full project management and installation (phase 3)

PHASE 3

BUILD & INSTALLATION

Custom making your kitchen - delivery and installation

This is when the kitchen comes home to you

• Installation of your kitchen using our specialist kitchen installers and cabinet makers
  Our trusted experts ensure a flawless and precise finish

• Flexibility to adapt to your project's specific needs
  From liaising with builders to bringing in specialists, we align with your needs and preferences

• Clear communication and progress updates throughout the project, with a single point of contact
  From start to finish, we ensure everything is spotless, seamless, and stress-free

• Aftercare - we stay around to help with any issues arising with your kitchen and always schedule in a visit 3 - 6 months after completion to check everything is working as it should

• 7 day a week availability during build if problems arise and you need urgent support
